Welcome to Cellyce! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our grocery app, Cellyce (the “App”), operated by Cellyce LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cellyce LLC. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content without our prior written consent.

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellyce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
